About The Owner: Chris's extensive knowledge of commercial kitchens comes from over 30 years of Executive Management and Sales Experience in the Food Service Industry. After graduating from college, Chris spent 10 years with Marriott Corporation, specializing in Food Production Management, followed by 15 years with Maine's Paper and Food Service Inc. as Vice President of the Equipment & Supply Division. As such, Chris is known through out New York State and Pennsylvania for his expertise in Commercial Kitchen Design and Equipment Sales. 

15 Years - Maine's Paper & Food Service Inc. - Vice President Equipment & Supply Division. Responsible for all aspects of commercial kitchen equipment and supplies sales and service. With 35 full-time employees overseeing public bid, design services, street sales, installation and repair services with annual sales of 11.5m Chris's diverse portfolio includes multi-million dollar university dining facilities, ethnic restaurants, pizzerias, C-stores, a variety of independent restaurants and small chain accounts. 

10 Years - Marriott Corporation, Schools/ Colleges Division. Director Cash Operations, Binghamton University. Responsible for all phases of Food Production in 7 different campus venues with annual sales exceeding 2.5m. Chris was recognized as an industry leader in reducing the cost associated in food production and increasing profit margins. Chris's diverse food production management experience includes; university catering operations, faculty dining, campus pubs, delivery services, a kosher kitchen, and a state-of-the-art food court.

Our Service Manager Brian Davern, has over 20 years experience in installation and repair service. During the day he helps keep local restaurants running and his bigger job is keeping Chris clam. 

We are lucky to have him as an important member of our team, as he always has a way of keeping Chris smiling. Occasionally,  Brian will  convince Chris to play hooky to go skiing or boating. And Chris keeps Brian smiling with their weekly Beer Thursday, the guys night out! A tiny reward for a week of hard work . 

Now, if we could just remember to have the coffee made, before Brian arrives in the morning, all would be right with the world!

Kyle is home for the summer,

 with just one semester left at college.

After a long, hard week at work, there is nothing is better then spending the weekend on the boat with friends and family. You may even find Chris turning off his cell phone just long enough to watch the sunset while enjoying a cold one. With a couple of nights on the boat, Chris's batteries are recharged and he's ready for another rocker of a week!
