Local Sales - Warranty Terms & Conditions

We Service What We Sell @ Discounted Prices! Our Customer Loyalty Program provides discounted parts & repair services on the equipment we sell, for as long as you own it, after the warranty expires. Please contact Duffy's or Hobart for repair services, if you purchased your equipment somewhere else. 

Buy With Confidence! Your purchase of  our "Tech Certified" Pre-owned Equipment comes with an extended 6 Month Warranty. 
(6 months parts and 30 days labor) We guarantee to either; fix-it, replace it, or refund your money within the first 6 months based on the seller's discretion.

Conditions: Equipment is first tested by our technicians and repaired as needed, before it is eligible to be "certified" that it is in good working condition and eligible for our extended warranty. Extended warranties do NOT apply to consignment sales, clearance items and items sold "as-is".

6 Months Parts: All parts are warranted against performance failure for 6 months or 180 days. Necessary replacement parts as determined by our Service Tech, will be ordered and paid for by WRE with-in the 1st six months warranty period. 

30 Days Labor: We provide 30 days labor by our Service Tech, to diagnose and repair the specified equipment. After the initial 30-days, labor will be billed at a discounted rate to those customers whose accounts are in good standing. 

Consignment Sales: Come with a 30 Day Warranty on both parts and labor.

Limitations: Our warranty is limited to service work performed by our Service Department, during normal business hours. We do not pay for “3rd party” service work or parts orders. Warranty does not cover: product loss, nuisance calls, work performed by others, customer abuse, improper installation by others, or lack of routine maintenance leading to equipment failure or malfunction. These service calls will be billed at the regular rate, plus parts. Equipment which the repair cost exceeds it’s value, will be replaced with a similar good working unit or a refund will be issued upon return. 

Internet Sales - Warranty Info

Free 90 Days Tech Support = Equipment that is shipped outside the area

To provide support after the sale to our long distance customers, we offer Free 90 Days Tech Support on all internet sales that are shipped out of the area, for any questions or concerns you may have.

For example; the most common phone calls we get are about  installing the equipment.
Our experienced techs are happy to walk you thru and help trouble shoot any questions you have.

Phone support service provided by our techs during our normal business hours
Does not cover 3rd party repair services or parts
Warranties do not apply to "clearance" items and items sold "as-is".
